Hi, I’m H.L. Maher, proud to be a member of Empire’s Commercial Construction Division Team. I’ve enjoyed a 39 year career in the Commercial Construction Industry beginning by constructing jobs with my tools, and moving through rank and file to a Field Engineer and eventually Project Superintendent. Since receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A & M University in 1984, and over the past 28 years, I’ve estimated, scheduled and managed commercial and public work Site Development and Building Construction projects throughout the Midwest. I am David Evers, the Commercial Project Superintendent for Empire Development & Construction Inc. I have 16 years of experience in carpentry and steel erection for buildings for commercial, industrial, and agricultural use. Since graduating from the wood tech program at Western Technical College in 2005 I have enjoyed working in the construction field and am proud to be a member of the Empire Development & Construction team.
